BRIGHT AV 
SENIOR EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

  • Effectively oversee multiple large-scale events while fostering collaboration cross-functionally, including managing multi-million dollar budgets. 

  • Align internal teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to deliver cohesive, compelling on-stage experiences.

  • Manage all project deliverables to be on-time, on-budget, and to client's expectations. 

  • Develop and distribute all production documentation required to execute high-level events. 

  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key industry vendors, production companies, and creative agencies to leverage resources and expertise for successful event execution, optimizing event quality and cost-efficiency.

  • ​Ensure run-of-show execution aligns with session briefs while managing real-time changes and leading presenter rehearsals creating a seamless audience and client experience. 

  • ​Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of producers, coordinators, and freelancers, ensuring clarity of roles, performance expectations and professional development.

OPUS AGENCY
SENIOR PRODUCER

  • Manage client budgets of more than $750k while leading a team of 10 to meet client event expectations, including production deadlines, budgetary constraints, and event objectives.

  • Oversee the technical production plan for top-tier events, including managing workback schedules, reviewing technical documentation, and creating show flows.

  • Research, ideate, and provide creative input for all in-person and virtual experiences for events and experiential marketing campaigns, bringing the project's vision to life from ideation to execution.

  • Define event themes, formats, and creative vision in partnership with Event Managers, Marketing, Sales and Creative teams.

  • ​Oversee end-to-end production: budgets, timelines, staffing, and logistics.

AT&T SPORTSNET
PRODUCER, PROJECT MANAGER

  • Produce live broadcasts for Rockies Pre-game and Post-game

  • Manage a team of 8 to conceptualize, pitch, create and approve weekly assets for "Knight Life" content creation

  • Produce, film, write scripts, edit and oversee all phases of production from end-to-end for the Vegas Golden Knights and Colorado Rockies

  • Serve as the production liaison to identify, collaborate with and manage standout on-camera personalities, athletes, freelancers, and team personnel

  • Produce compelling and unique social media content to increase consumer engagement and support brand initiatives

  • Work collaboratively with team members both internally and externally during the development and delivery phase of programming

  • Develop a programming strategy and content calendar for the Knight Life brand and prioritize projects autonomously, using time and resources efficiently

NBC SPORTS NETWORK
ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

  • Tape Producer for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games: managed a team of 5 to ensure live content delivery for 16 hours a day, 7 days a week

  • Produced live studio broadcasts like the Rugby World Cup, HSBC Sevens Series, FIS Alpine World Cup and more while working collaboratively to create content to curate in-depth stories while live on-air. 

  • Supported client marketing campaigns to generate sales and ad-revenue across multiple sporting events, including writing and integrating green sheets and sponsorship elements. 

  • Tape AD live events such as the Vuelta a España, Rio Olympics, FIS Alpine World Cup and more to reduce risk during live broadcasts.

  • Field produced original programming on-site at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center, developing story boards for content creation to aid in post-production

  • Created content for tape delay and live broadcasts through initiating, planning and executing rundowns to reduce risk in a live sporting event broadcast

  • Communicate and collaborate with a team of producers, video editors, and graphic designers to ensure deadline driven creation across multiple platforms
